Waukesha - Universal1
The Universal 1 series circumferential lobe or piston pump is an advantageous machine for a wide range of applications. Self-priming and bidirectional it is available only as COP (clean off place) and built with high quality components for a long service life. Waukesha “88” anti-seize alloy rotors provide alignments that achieve total volumetric efficiency without damaging the pumped product. With 4 types of seal it has the solution for all applications. Food service design is approved according to 3A, USDA, 1935/2004 / EC, ISO 9001: 2000 standards. FDA Approved Elastomers Available with rectangular mouth and aseptic version. polished AISI 316L.

Waukesha - Universal2
The Universal 2 pump, evolution of the Universal 1 Series, is available in CIP (clean in place) but only with single or double mechanical seals with a wide choice of materials. Self-priming and bidirectional with 17-4PH shafts with oversized diameters and oversized bearings compared to the U1 Series allow to reach pressure above 30 Bar with some models. Waukesha “88” anti-seize alloy rotors provide alignments that achieve total volumetric efficiency without damaging the pumped product. Interchangeable with the U1 Series. Food service design is approved according to 3A, EHEDG, 1935/2004 / EC, ISO 9001: 2000 standards. Waukesha - Universal3
The Universal 3 lobe pump, the latest in the Waukesha range, incorporates all the experience and benefits of the two previous Series. Available in CIP version (Clean In Place) with the advantage of having the cover drained both in horizontal and vertical position. More compact than the other two Series has the support in AISI 304 as standard. Single, double, single and double mechanical seals O.ring, lip seal. Self-priming and bidirectional with shafts in 17-4PH, but shorter, reduced loads, improve alignment and extended life of bearings and seals. Waukesha “88” anti-seize alloy rotors provide alignments that achieve total volumetric efficiency without damaging the pumped product. Interchangeable with the U1 and U2 Series. Waukesha - Industrial
Industrial Series lobe pump is built according to the standards used for the Series U1, U2 and U3. Self-priming and bidirectional, it has the possibility to install mechanical seals that are found on the market produced by the main manufacturers. It uses Waukesha anti-seize “88” alloy rotors suitable for both viscous and water-like liquids. The design is according to ISO 9001: 2000 standards.

Waukesha - Twin Screw
The CIP-SIP (clean in place-steam in place) bi-screw pump series from SPX Waukesha is a machine with reliable performance allowing process versatility, non-pulsing operation and low noise level. The screws are made of Waukesha “88” anti-seize alloy and reduce the risk of blockage and damage in case of accidental contact. Suitable for abrasive services, single or double mechanical seal. Multi-service pump, minimizes the use of other pumps, valves and controls. Bidirectional without having to invert screws, body and bearings.
