Pumps & Fluid Handling Division

ASCO POMPE was born in 1956 as a distributor of the best global brands of pump manufacturing companies, gaining extensive experience in the volumetric and centrifugal pumps market. The brands we are dealing with are among the best known in the world for quality, reliability, innovation and assistance network.
The range of volumetric pumps is the most complete on the market: Peristaltic, membrane, internal and external gears, single screw, twin-screw, metering, triple-membrane, high pressure and emptying models. Moreover, available in horizontal or vertical version, in metal, in plastic material and with magnetic drive.
The process instruments for measuring flow, pressure, levels and temperatures complete the product catalog of the division together with the sleeve valves.
Asco pompe is equipped with a system for functional testing and performance of the volumetric pumps up to 60 m3 / h in addition to a system for the verification of flow meters.

Internal gears

The company VIKING PUMP  has been a world leader in the production of rotary displacement pumps with internal gears for over a century. A simple operating principle, that is an eccentric rotor with respect to the body which drives an idle gear inside, makes the pump self-priming and suitable for conveying any fluid even with high viscosity. Present on the market with a…

External Gears

The (or parallel) gear pumps are machines suitable for the precision dosing of clean, lubricating and non-lubricating products. A wide choice of construction materials and sealing elements allows its use in a wide range of applications with pressure, temperature and viscosity conditions. The constructive accuracy makes the self-priming…

Pneumatic

The pneumatic diaphragm pumps are versatile and easy to use, suitable for a great variety of industrial and sanitary applications. They are made of metallic or plastic materials, even 100% PTFE to transfer any type of aggressive liquid. Preferred to other types of pumps for the very competitive purchase price and ease of maintenance, they are widely used both in …

Electric Multimembrane

Multi-membrane pump suitable for high pressure applications. Main feature that makes it unique and able to work even at high pressure in the complete absence of stress. The advantage of the membrane solution is absence of elements subject to wear such as mechanical seals, pre-mix, rings and gaskets, allowing efficient operation…

Peristaltic

VALISI peristaltic pumps cover a range of twenty eight models and three series for flow rates up to 150 m3 / h and pressures up to 15 bar. This type of pump can run dry, has no seals, is reversible, self-priming and has a high suction capacity. Two rollers or two skids alternately compress a tube, available in twelve different elastomeric materials for the widest possible…

Dosing

The dosing pumps are volumetric alternative pumps with variable flow, suitable for injecting liquids with precision, linearity and repeatability. The variety of materials, the construction accuracy and the extreme modularity of the electronic component make these pumps suitable for any flow and type of liquid. Many years of experience in addition to the…

Single Screw

Progressive cavity pumps are rotary volumetric pumps with eccentric screw. Self-priming, for both clean and dirty, viscous, abrasive fluids. Flow proportional to the number of revolutions and independent of pressure (viscous fluids). Cast iron, AISI 316, Duplex st. steel, PE bodies. Double screw

Double screw pumps are volumetric pumps, where the displaced volume corresponds to the space enclosed between the threads and the grooves of two screws placed next to each other (so as to intertwine) and the stator. The innovative design of double-screw pumps with dual-flow rotors eliminates axial tensions due to pressurization of the process….

Linearizers

The linearizers are used to reduce the flow and pressure pulsations caused by alternative pumps (pneumatic and electric membrane, metering, piston, peristaltic, …).
They use a flexible membrane to separate the liquid chamber to be treated from the compressed air supply and are mounted as close as possible to the pump…
