Over the years, the development in terms of numerical growth and turnover of the company has led to the need to formalize the aforementioned commitment in a Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics provides employees with guidelines regarding behaviors in order to maintain a straight and impeccable conduct; the latter are required to read and adhere to the information contained therein.
The set of principles and values signed by the Management and by all Asco employees is also useful in bringing the information beyound the company, ensuring that the company is recognized as a symbol of integrity and honesty.

Over the years, the company has developed and grown not only in terms of turnover, we considered it useful to formalize an ethical code identifying qualities through which we wish to be recognized by the market. The code of ethics provides employees with guidelines on what the company expects of its employees, who are required to read and adhere to the information contained therein. Through the formalization of our corporate culture and our values in a code of ethics, we can provide information to the outer world that not only management, but also all employees, adhere to ethics, integrity, honesty and corporate reputation; the respect of these values has made possible, over the years, an increase in the company’s competitiveness due to the trust that the market has placed in us.
