Valisi N Series
Medium-pressure peristaltic volumetric pump. Two rollers on a rotor compress a thick-walled tube alternately against a patented profiled guide, and, through rotation, propel the contents of the tube (the pumped liquid) from the suction line to the discharge line. This action creates a vacuum in the suction line, resulting in continuous suction. In N2-N4 models, the rotor is supported by large ball bearings within the pump body, while in N5N-N7N types, it utilizes heavy-duty bearings in the flanged gearbox. The tube can be extruded or reinforced with nylon fibers. All pumps can be supplied as monoblock units, coupled with gearboxes, speed controllers, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic motors


Valisi VPH Series
Peristaltic volumetric pumps for high pressures. The two opposed shoes are mounted on a rotor which alternately compress a reinforced rubber tube which contains the fluid to be pumped. The return of the tube to the rest position creates vacuum, causing the product to be sucked forward and pushed forward by the next shoe. Particularly suitable for contaminated liquids, dense and viscous mixtures and abrasive and corrosive products. The rotor is supported by bearings for heavy duty gearbox service. The pump works with constant lubrication of a mixture of silicones / glycerine / glycols.


Valisi Custom Series T-F-RM
Peristaltic volumetric pumps for low pressures. Two opposed rollers, rotating, alternatively compress a tube against the patented concentric guide. The return of the tube to the rest position creates vacuum, causing the product to be sucked forward and pushed forward by the next roller. Particularly suitable for contaminated liquids, dense and viscous mixtures and abrasive and corrosive products. The pump runs dry: the only lubrication is a layer of silicone on the pressure roller. The tube can be extruded or reinforced in nylon fibers or harmonic steel. All pumps can be supplied in one-unit versions, coupled to gearboxes, regulators, electric, diesel, pneumatic or hydraulic motors.
