They are made both of metallic material (aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel and Hastelloy) and plastic material (polypropylene, acetal or PVDF). Wide choice of materials for spheres, seats and membranes (rubbers, thermoplastics and PTFE). 2 “and 3” metal and 3” plastic in ‘Evolution’ version with energy saving and optimized performance.

Heavy Duty - Ball
HDP Series Heavy Duty Ball Sandpiper Pneumatic Pumps are ideal for low to very viscous liquids with small solid particles. In all cases ensure a high suction capacity and provide several options for suction ports (from below, from above, ….). Very resistant to wear with the use of very abrasive products, they are produced in metal material (aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel and Hastelloy) and with a wide choice of materials for spheres, seats and membranes (rubbers, thermoplastics and PTFE). They are included in the Signature quality range.

Heavy Duty - Swing
Heavy Duty Series HDF swing type Sandpiper Pneumatic Pumps are ideal for very abrasive liquids and suspended particles up to pump size. All HDF pumps discharges are downwards to avoid deposits of liquid inside and to ensure maximum suction capacity. They are made of metallic material (aluminum, cast iron and stainless steel) with the possibility of a wide choice of rubbers, thermoplastics and PTFE for membranes, seats and valves. They are included in the Signature quality range.

Spill Containment
Sandpiper Containment Duty pneumatic pumps are ideal for corrosive and hazardous liquids, both in metal and plastic versions. They all have a containment chamber with liquid interposed and the possibility to mount a visual port or a membrane break sensor. They are made both of metallic material (aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel and Hastelloy) and plastic material (polypropylene, or PVDF) with seats, balls and membranes in PTFE. They are included in the Signature quality range.

Housing machined from a solid
Dellmeco diaphragm pneumatic pumps in PE and PTFE are made from solid wood (also conductive) with a completely flat surface and without metals in contact with the pumped liquid, they are ideal for aggressive liquids, certified ATEX Ex II 2G TX, sizes 1 / 4 “to 3”. Elastomers in vulcanized PTFE, EPDM, NBR. Many special versions such as models with integrated linearizer, HP high pressure, with liquid chamber interposed, split, empty drums, for powders and others.

Central passage
The pneumatic double diaphragm pumps with liquid passage located centrally inside the pump are used purely in the field of inks and resins, have vulcanized PTFE membranes, Peek swing valves, pump bodies in conductive PP and aluminum, ATEX certified, patented pneumatic box with energy saving, innovative compared to traditional models. Thanks to this construction, the pulsations, the compressed air consumption, the noise and the overall dimensions are reduced, the duration of the membranes is increased, installation and on-site maintenance is facilitated in any position. The sizes range from 1/4″ to 1″1/4.

Sanitary
The Dellmeco sanitary series pneumatic diaphragm pumps are made of AISI 316L, electropolished with a surface finish of less than 0.8 micron, certified ATEX Ex II 2G TX. Models specially designed for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, totally disassembledable and inspectable. Suitable for CIP washes and SIP sterilizations; this series is devoid of dead spots where bacteria can proliferate. Sizes from 3/8 “to 3” with food connections DIN 11850, TC, SMS, elastomers in vulcanized FDA PTFE, PTFE FDA and AISI 316 balls, also available with flap valves for solid passage.
