Chemical Injection Packages

Chemical Injection packages are the instrument to implement a chemical treatment program in oil & gas industry (upstream and downstream), water treatment field, power generation and in any field where it is required the injection of an additive to a specific process. These units are specifically designed to dose a precise and accurate amount of a chemical into a system at a required pressure either continuously or intermittently.

Pressure and Atmospheric Tanks

  • Pressure Vessels designed and manufactured in accordance to ASME VIII Div.1 Standard
  • Cylindrical and rectangular chemical storage tanks with optional blanketing system and safety / breathing valves
  • Materials: Stainless steel (ASTM AISI 304 and 316 Grade), Carbon steel (with optional internal coating), Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), PP and HDPE
  • NDE: Dye Penetrant Test (DPT), Radiographic Test (RT), Positive Material Identification (PMI)
  • Paint Systems from Low to Very High atmospheric corrosivity categories
